Frankie Liang

Frankie joined the Play&Grow team with an educational background in psychology. She has research experiences on health psychology and is particularly interested in the interplay of individual and social factors on personal health outcomes. In the P&G program, she will investigate the mechanisms how healthier life styles influence preschool children’ emotional and cognitive development. In spare time, Frankie likes watching football games and she is a fan of Guangzhou Evergrande FC.

Kiki Har

Kiki Har graduated from the University of Nottingham in the U.K. with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition. She has been involved in the Play&Grow research program to promote healthy lifestyles and physical developments in preschool children. She is interested in the relationship between health behaviour and (physical and mental) well-beings in different age groups of population. She enjoys playing squash and cooking after work.

Anna Au

Ann has completed her master’s degree of Nutrition and Dietetics in the University of Wollongong, NSW Australia. With a passion for nutrition for kids, she has been involved in the Play & Grow research program to promote healthy eating and lifestyle in preschool children. Her area of interest is the association between parenting style and dietary behaviour of children. She is also interested in the impact of childhood dietary habits and lifestyle on their health in later life. She enjoys shopping for food and cooking after work.

Grace Han

Grace has graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a master’s degree in Food Safety and toxicology. With strong passion to encourage mental and physical health of women and children, she has been involved in Play&Grow research program to promote healthier lifestyles among preschoolers. She is not only a healthy dietary and fitness devotee but an art lover after work. And she enjoys exploring the artistic way to show food and nutrition since she holds the view that food itself is a fascinating art.

Pheonix Cheung

Phoenix Cheung graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and later obtained her Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology (City University of Hong Kong). She is interested in the relationship between psychological development of young children, mental health and the corresponding parenting styles. When she is not working, Phoenix enjoys playing classical guitar and spending time with her young daughter.

Christina Kam

Christina graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. With the passion for early childhood education, she has been involved in the Play&Grow research program to promote healthy eating and active playtime in preschoolers by connecting them with nature. She enjoys working with children, music and cooking.

May Wong

May graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Science. She is now involved in Play&Grow research program to promote healthy lifestyle to children as well as families in Hong Kong. She loves children and enjoys interacting with them. She is interested in the correlation between psychological development of children and parenting style. May likes cooking, yoga, swimming and hiking.

Yue Ma

MA Yue graduated from the Education University of Hong Kong (EDUHK) with bachelor’s degree in Global and Environmental Studies. He is pursuing his master’s degree in Environmental Management at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He also participates in the Play & Grow Programme to promote a healthy lifestyle for children in Hong Kong. His research interests focus on environmental pollution and its influence on humans.

Yan Lee

Yan is an undergraduate at The University of Hong Kong, majoring in Food and Nutritional Science. She is interested in the dietary habits in preschoolers. She is involved in the Play&Grow programme to promote healthy lifestyles among preschoolers and their caregivers. During the weekend, she enjoys drawing and cooking.
