
Dr Tanja Sobko
Dr. Tanja Sobki (PhD, 2006, 卡羅林斯卡學院, 瑞典) 是藥理學,營養學,健康生活,運動營養等多方面的專家。她曾於世界衛生組織所提倡的幼兒營養計劃中,在營養,運動和癡肥相關的項目作出貢獻。現在,她在香港大學生物科學學院工作。
Tanja的工作不只在於研究和教學,她還會把她的研究成果宣揚到各個社群。她專注研究如何令有學前兒童的家庭生活得更健康。Play&Grow計劃是一個隨機對照試驗,此計劃的目的是為了改善幼兒的生活習慣和幫助他們從小建立良好的習慣。透過這個計劃,藉著增加整個家庭與大自然接觸的時間,並持續分析資料與研究方法的成效,嘗試評估並找出環境與健康的關係。
Tanja在香港大學任教 ‘營養及運動表現’和’食物、環境及健康’ ,並指導大學本科生和博士生。Tanja在空餘的時間,會練習合氣道、烹飪和在香港各區行山。
