Homemade croutons

If you have a lot of leftover bread, then you should make croutons! They are incredibly easy to make and they add a little mmph to your main dishes. We like to sprinkle them onto our salads, soups and shakshuka.

  • Bread
  • Olive oil
  • Seasonings (garlic powder, salt, pepper etc.)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Baking paper
  • Gather your ingredients
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare your baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Dice your bread into small cubes
  • Toss with olive oil and seasonings
  • Spread the cubes out on a baking sheet
  • Bake until crispy, about 10 minutes, and flip them over half way through
  • Serve immediately
